Our caregivers in the infant classroom follow the schedule of the infant and not by-the clock. This is a rhythmic response that involves communication with parents to assess what the infant's current needs might be, and then observing the infant's reactions and responding appropriately to their individual responses. Caregivers are relaxed and responsive and plan their day around the routine care and interactions.
